This park (Pylli i arinjve, Sklonište za medvede, Bear Sanctuary) of 45 ha hosts about fifteen brown bears which were kept by restaurant owners in Kosovo as entertainment for their customers. Unable to readapt to life in the wild, these plantigrades are taken care of by the Austrian association Four Paws. In this sanctuary, the animals are well treated and not too short of space. But in the end, for this to work, you need paying visitors. Like in a zoo that does not say its name. Restaurant on the spot.

Si vous avez des enfants, c'est une excursion dont ils se souviendront et vous aussi. Compter 1h à 1h30 de visite avec une guide qui vous donne quelques explications au départ avant de vous laisser découvrir par vous-même. On voit les ours à quelques mètres. Possibilité d'acheter des cartes postales ou des T-shirts pour soutenir l'association. Grand parking en contrebas.
