One of the city's main promenades stretches 2.5km along the river. It starts from the Temernitsky Bridge and leads to the Pirs restaurant. You will have a very nice view of the river and its left bank. It is a pleasant place, away from the hustle and bustle of the hyper-centre a few streets away. On the way up, don't miss the pretty shady streets that connect the river bank with Turgenevskaya street: there are still some old wooden houses from the 19th century.
