Travel Guide Cumana

A small coastal village populated by fishermen between Rampanalgas and Toco, Cumana has the advantage of offering some low-cost accommodation. Having been a central location for Catholic missionaries, many small churches can be found here. Don't forget that this is the last gas station and ATM on the road to Toco, Grande-Rivière and Matelot! Another essential spot is Babsie's shop, where you can find excellent artisanal ice creams concocted with local and sometimes organic fruit and vegetables. A good reason to stop off in this seemingly uninteresting little village.
