Nous sommes allés chez Tifofo sur les recommandations de Gaetane de La Colline Verte et nous n'avons pas été déçus.
Le cadre est agréable et l'accueil est très chaleureux. Le menu ne comporte que 3 à 4 plats ce qui garantit une cuisine maison .
Les ouassous sont excellents , le poisson grillé bien assaisonné et j'y ai mangé le meilleur colombo de porc de mon séjour.
Si vous passez par Bouillante c'est une excellente adresse pour une pais déjeuner
