Idéal pour des vacances familiales. Point de chute pratique pour visiter le Nord Caraïbe. Chambres avec vue, balcons, kitchenette. A 100 m du village de Tartane, calme et typique. Plages agréables et propres. Bons restaurants à proximité. Soirées sympa.

L'ensemble de l'établissement est dans un état de délabrement avancé : aucun entretien, espace bar et accueil à l'abandon, piscines non nettoyées et matériel cassé.
Les appartements sont sales, l'entretien n'est même pas fait avant votre arrivée. Les kitchenettes sont quasi inutilisables, beaucoup d'ustensiles manquants.
Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus, le parking ne ferme plus, l'ascenseur est HS depuis plusieurs semaines, etc.
