PERADAYAN FOREST RESERVE

This forest reserve is a good alternative to Ulu Temburong Park. There are 2 interesting hikes: Bukit Patoi (310 m) and Bukit Peradayan (410 m). The summit of the former is easily reached in around 45 minutes, although the terrain can be slippery. The view from the top of the canopy is most soothing. If you still have some energy left, continue to the top of Bukit Peradayan and walk around the hill to reach the road at km 5, 12 km from Bangar. Allow 3 hours for this more challenging option.
