One of Speightstown's most stylish spots! Located in a beautifully renovated former warehouse, this restaurant puts the local at the center of everything, and not just the table. As a matter of fact, when you enter, it's through their little boutique that things happen, so you can take home a few gourmet souvenirs (honey, sauce, rum). From here, it's on to the "café" side of the restaurant, then on to the superb bar and terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The cuisine is inventive (kasava-fried chicken, watermelon barbecue sauce), with ingredients from local and organic producers.
