GALLION

There are several walks in the area: Galion, Soufrière, Bois-Cotlette. On the heights of the village of Soufrière, you'll discover a breathtaking view of the bay and the marine reserve. The road that takes you there is magical. You'll find traces of volcanic activity all around you on the mornes. In the days of English colonization, the whole village worked on the lemon plantations. The English used a cable car to take the harvest from the Galion viewpoint to Soufrière.
