ISLAND SCUBA

Island Scuba alternates its presence here with its activities at Mount Lavinia during the rest of the year. Shallow water dives (10-15 meters) will allow you to discover the superb coral of this part of the coast and the multitude of colorful fish that hide there. Nilaveli is also an excellent base for wreck diving, such as the World War II tanker British Sergeant, sunk during a Japanese air raid in 1942, the aircraft carrier HMS Hermes and other wrecks from World War II. The club is PADI certified.
