A taquería that offers different varieties of Mexicanantojitos: tortas, flautas, chilaquiles... but also burritos, nachos, papa rellena... The name of the establishment "trompo" literally means "spinning top", it is the name of this skewer which is used to cook the meat by making it spin in front of an open fire. They prepare tacos al pastor, the Mexican version, with pork, of the classic shawarma. A must try! Perfect for eating on the go in the evening.
