This is one of the best kept secrets of Hong Kong. For all those who love goose roasted, that is, toast façon façon, Yue Kee is probably what is best at present, with the inescapable (but more expensive) Yung Kee on Central. The entrance does not pay a mine, at the end of an alley, but the goose melts in the mouth and its perfectly roasted skin croustille just properly. For the unconditional, therefore, especially as the new town of Sham Tseng is not closest.
