Creperie with a quiet terrace and two air-conditioned, well-decorated rooms in Eguisheim.
Set in a pimpante building slightly below the square of Charles de Gaulle, this walk welcomes you on its quiet terrace and in two air-conditioned rooms nicely decorated with original paintings in marquetry. Here, children are welcome, they choose between 3 menus adapted to their appetite. As for fans of salted pancakes, they can enjoy cakes of Saint-Jacques and Emmental walnuts, goat cheese and honey, chopped steak and mushrooms… Sweet pancakes are equally recommendable: caramel salty butter and roasted almonds, pistachio ice and blueberry jam, cinnamon apple and calvados (a pure flavor in an explosion version!). The map also offers flammekueche (tarte, flambée, roquefort, roquefort, salmon…), as well as generous shares of onion pie, Lorraine quiche and Alsatian pie. The whole is accompanied by a bolée of raw or sweet cider, a glass of good wine from Alsace Wolfberger or fruit juice for small gourmets. At the end of the meal, the addition is quite reasonable. A good address to eat a piece with a family without frills!
