Generous restaurant renowned for its cheese specialties
This restaurant is famous for its cheese specialties: tarts flambées, Alsatian fondue with Munster cheese and Emmental cheese, raclette, Munster cheese or Mont-d'Or cheese cooked in the oven in its box. As for the Fonclette, it is an organic raclette refined with white wine and served with a confit of onions and grilled bacon, all served with small steamed potatoes and small croutons! As for the meat, you can opt for an Alsatian burger (bun en bretzel) or a good veal or beef tartar with a knife. Generous portions and service to match.

Dès l'accueil on nous informe de l'heure à laquelle nous devrons avoir quitté les lieux pour laisser la place aux autres clients !!
Un burger décevant à la viande et au pain trop cuits. Pour le prix du plat les frites ne sont même pas faites maison.
Une flammekueche traditionnelle correcte, mais accompagnée d'un bol de salade à 4,50 € !
Des desserts non pris par peur d'être déçus et pour leurs prix (minimum 9 €).
Points positifs cependant pour le lieu très agréable et les boissons (bière et vins) très bonnes.
