Fanny and Christophe Cavelier welcome you in a warm Alsatian house whose interior is entirely decorated in an unusual spirit of "elegant low court": printed voiles of hens, fowls and other poultry, croisette chairs, small tiles, pretty objects collected right and left… Here the atmosphere is family and cosy! Fanny Cavelier, a former director of the La Pépinière hotel, will make you discover the suggestions of the day, from by her husband Christophe, the former head of the Heart of Heart restaurant (also at Route). The map is divided into two parts: " Côté Tradition ", dedicated to Alsatian specialities such as the sauerkraut to 5 meat or cheeks of pig braisées au.
