In a beautiful setting, the restaurant serves excellent mutton roasted in a traditional wood-fired oven. Other meats are also available, such as suckling pig, quail and lamb chops, all prepared just as well. The restaurant also offers a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses. To be enjoyed with one of the local wines on offer. Great variety of homemade desserts such as the typical ponche segoviano. Very pleasant staff.
