A popular address where you can enjoy a typical Aragonese cuisine in a traditional atmosphere (decoration made of regional handicrafts, waiters in costume). El Fuelle is a restaurant-museum in the heart of the historic district. At the entrance, there is a large space where you can taste the many different dishes on offer. Try the migas con uvas, one of the must-tries of the place, or the morcilla (blood sausage) or the Iberian or Teruel hams, even if the drawing of a pig without a leg begs you not to do so.

Typical restaurant of Aragon, it is worth a stop for its decor and its atmosphere.
A multitude of antique objects to be discovered, graceful waiters: you have a good time!
The cuisine is simple and excellent, a reasonable price: ham dish: € 7,50; dish of local roll excel € 5,80: hearty and typical snail dish of the region; lamb chops e13dessert € 4,10; bottle of white wine £ 13
