Park your car at Thumel. Follow itineraryno. 13, which takes you along a mule track, a path and a dirt road to discover the Rhêmes valley floor. The view embraces the peaks and glaciers of Granta Parei, Pointe de Galisia and Pointe de Basey - an open-air spectacle! The Benevolo is open from mid-June to mid-September for a summer hike - the recommended period for this route - and a chance to discover the refuge atmosphere.
