LO REFUGE DEY TEUMY

Situated in an old mountain pasture chalet in a hamlet at the top of the valley accessible by car, this establishment is halfway between a typical restaurant and a refuge kitchen. In this exceptional setting, you can taste recipes from the Valle d'Aosta and Savoyard traditions, but also Italian ones, as well as wines and liqueurs from the region. The specialities are: Valle d'Aosta polenta, pierrade, raclette cheese or strudel. The terrace is equipped with picnic tables on which it is possible to sunbathe in the middle of the high peaks while enjoying the dishes on offer.
