10 km from Ciudad del Este, in Presidente Franco, it is the place that marks the triple border between Paraguay, Argentina and Brazil, countries separated by the waters of the rivers Paraná and Iguazú. Nothing exceptional, but the site on the Paraguayan side has a watchtower offering a beautiful panoramic view. In each country, an obelisk is painted in the national colours. From the viewpoint, you can observe the balsa (ferry) that makes the crossing every half hour between Presidente Franco and Puerto Iguazú. You will also notice the work on the new bridge that will soon link Paraguay and Brazil. To get there: frequent "3 Fronteras" bus (green and yellow) from/to Ciudad del Este. The site is open to the public from 7am to 5pm.
