LA ARCADIA

This centrally located restaurant with a few tables is by far the best address in San Ignacio, both for its setting, beautifully decorated with paintings by Macarena Ruiz, daughter of the famous local artist Koki Ruiz, and for its refined international and regional cuisine. As a starter, try the chastaca (dried beef accompanied by vegetables and fried manioc), before moving on to a cordero con papas (lamb accompanied by potatoes). The prices are reasonable for this good table, don't deprive yourself!
