The Hotel Tappeiner in Merano, Italy, recently closed its doors as a hotel. However, it is to be transformed into two high-quality buildings, built to the highest ecological standards. One of the buildings will offer elegant apartments for purchase, while the second will continue to welcome guests in new apartments on a weekly or monthly rental basis.
