Located in the city's central square, this 4-star hotel is completely renovated and superbly designed. Its main interest: a state-of-the-art wellness area, with a rooftop infinity pool heated to 30°C all year round, a Finnish sauna, an organic sauna, a Turkish bath, massages by expert hands... There are many relaxing options. The bar-restaurant Zum Lampl, which overlooks Castelrotto's main square, has also undergone a facelift and is a trendy place to go out. The cuisine is a blend of traditional Tyrolean and modern.

Superbe hôtel avec un service incroyable. Nous avons pris la demi-pension et les repas valent clairement le coup. Super service et nourriture délicieuse avec bcp de choix pour les végétariens. L'hôtel est récent avec un espace spa avec hammam, sauna, piscine et plusieurs zones de repos. Bref, c'est du tout bon. Seul bémol travaux en cours et bruit à partir de 7h30 une matinée.

Sehr sehr tolles Hotel mit nettem Personal, großen & modernen Zimmern, einem sehr schicken Wellnessbereich und der besten Halbpension, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte! Kostenlose Tiefgarage, der Supermarkt nebenan und ein tolles Aktivitätsprogramm kommen noch on top. Auch eine super Ausgangslage zum Skifahren auf der Seiser Alm (ca 8 Fahrminuten entfernt). Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage. Zimmer sind groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Großes Badezimmer. Schöner Spa-Bereich und ausgezeichnetes Restaurant und Service. Empfehle ich gerne jederzeit weiter! Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

ASPETTI POSITIVI:
albergo esteticamente bello, camere molto ampie e belle , materia prima dei piatti ottima, posizione comoda e garage coperto a disposizione, piacevole l’idromassaggio sul tetto con vista mozzafiato (ma nessuno vi indica dov’è e ce ne siamo accorti purtroppo solo il 3º giorno).
ASPETTI NEGATIVI:
zona benessere e relax purtroppo non controllata e se capitate con famiglie chiassose e bambini appresso vi rovineranno l’atmosfera.
Acqua della piscina poco pulita.
La domenica purtroppo dalle 7 di mattina si sente molto il suono della campana della chiesa, vicinissima all’albergo, con più rintocchi ripetuti ad ogni ora.
Servizio ristorazione manchevole in certi aspetti, con poca attenzione soprattutto a colazione, trascurando i clienti nel servizio al tavolo di bevande calde e piatti ordinabili.
Kit beauty in camera molto scarno ed il boccetto di crema idratante messa a disposizione è a pagamento se l’ospite decide di portarlo con sé.
