CASEIFICIO SOCIALE ALTO BUT

This dairy cooperative was born in 1969 from the merger of the small dairies of the Valle del But. It produces delicious alpine cheeses made in a traditional way, in the pure tradition of the Carnic Alps. In the store you can buy Alto But cheese, aged between 2 and 48 months, fresh and smoked ricotta, caciotta, as well as typical Carnia products (honey, frico, cjarsons, apple juice), enough to fill your picnic basket!
