RENTAL NATALES
When we met Guillermo in early 2018, he had just opened his small office and offered a quality equipment rental service. Tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, kitchen kits, hiking boots and all kinds of clothing for trekking. The equipment is new, of very good quality, and the service is particularly attentive. However, the service would have deteriorated rapidly according to the return of some dissatisfied readers. Be careful not to be fooled! The prices are correct and the agency even has video tutorials (setting up a tent in front of the whimsical wind of Patagonia is quite an art!). The agency also arranges to pick up your belongings at your hotel if you ever come home late and leave early in the morning from Puerto Natales. Guillermo is a photographer and all the photos that cover the walls of his office are his own photos.
Problème de compréhension entre le guide et l’hôtesse de notre hôtel. Nous n’avons pas pu faire la randonnée au Torres Del Paine.
Guillermo n’a rien voulu savoir : il fallait que l’on repaye cette prestation pour pouvoir la faire ! Incompréhension totale alors que nous avions déjà payé et que nous demandions simplement de reporter cette sortie au lendemain.
Nous avons eu a faire à une personne malhonnête, hautaine non conciliante et très proche de son argent !!!
Nous qui avons l’habitude de faire confiance au petit futé, nous sommes déçus de cette recommandation qui n’est pas méritée....
Guillermo est certes un bon photographe mais un piètre commercial !!!
