TRAVELLERS HALT

It is grouped with Hotel Green View, the neighbouring building owned by the same family. Travellers Halt was the first resthouse opened in Ratnapura in 1972. The old building with 14 rooms has been joined by a new building with 6 more rooms. In total 20 rooms are available. Some of them are equipped with a television. The place is pleasant and away from the noise of the city, which is quite close. Restaurant, organization of safaris in Sinharaja and in the parks of Yala and Uda Walawe. A good address.
