Good dishes made with local products! On the menu: giant salads, méli-mélo pork and blood sausage from the Cathar country, brandade of codfish... The local productions are also expressed in the glasses thanks to a nice selection of wines from Minervois, organic beers from Aude, fruit juices from Somail, etc. Don't leave without having tasted the artisanal ice creams made with ewe's milk: the one with the milk-flower of salt jam, the fig or the best-seller, caramel flower of salt of Gruissan. You can finish this nice moment by a ride in electric boats.

Emplacement exceptionnel, service sympathique mais ps très efficace et très déçus par les assiettes ☹️, notamment le curry de pois chiches qui n'est en fait qu'un bol de pois chiches juste épicés au curry sur un lit de riz...bourratif et vraiment pas agréable à "manger".
Mon conseil si vous voulez tout de même profiter de l'emplacement, choisissez plutôt un plat à la carte que les menus...

We went on one of their sun boats in the morning (great fun and highly recommend if you don’t mind putt-putting slowly down the Canal du Midi) and stopped for lunch on our return. A really special place on the bank of the river with the resident duck and geese to keep you company. Pretty big portions of food for a reasonable price. Staff are super down to earth and friendly too. Loved it!
