Restaurant offering good food with local products and artisanal ice cream.
Good dishes made with local products! On the menu: giant salads, méli-mélo pork and blood sausage from the Cathar country, brandade of codfish... The local productions are also expressed in the glasses thanks to a nice selection of wines from Minervois, organic beers from Aude, fruit juices from Somail, etc. Don't leave without having tasted the artisanal ice creams made with ewe's milk: the one with the milk-flower of salt jam, the fig or the best-seller, caramel flower of salt of Gruissan. You can finish this nice moment by a ride in electric boats.

Restaurant très qualitatif en lien réel avec le terroir. Bel emplacement également. Prix corrects. Un menu végan est proposé, ce qui est encore trop rare dans l'Aude, merci :)
