Restaurant with a terrace serving seasonal cuisine based on local produce.
L'Escale attracts the freshwater sailors of the Canal du Midi, but not only. The address seduces with its subdued terrace and contemporary decor. Geoffroy and Cindy offer a seasonal cuisine where local products rub shoulders with those from elsewhere... In summer, food lovers will appreciate the tuna tataki or the cuttlefish à la plancha. In the off-season, you can try the scallop and prawn cassolette, or the pumpkin and poached egg velouté. Special mention for the waffle pyramid or the rum baba with chantilly.

Ein auf und ab. Sehr gute Drinks, eher schlecht abgeschmeckte aber akzeptable Vorspeisen. Hauptgänge zwischen sehr gut und stark verkohltem Rindsfilet. Waffeln zum Dessert komplett geschmackslos, schlechter als vom Discounter. Eher mässig maschinell übersetzte englische Karte.
