This pedestrian street is a marvel because it contains a lot of beautiful buildings, from baroque to classical and oriental interpretations.

These people wanted their homes to be seen from afar. Thus, the street narrows, like a funnel. Each owner, in order to be better seen, built his building slightly ahead of the previous one. Two buildings deserve your special attention: the Šeherazada Palace and the Benceova Palace.
