D'une certaine manière, la MANDARINE est une institution à Bangui. Boulangerie, pâtisserie, fast-food, snack-bar, brasserie, elle fait tout ça, dans une ambiance moite et bruyante. On y trouve des expats, pressés d'avaler un hamburger, ou une omelette sur le pouce, avant le prochain rendez-vous. La wifi fonctionne bien et vous permet de poursuivre la lecture des mails pendant la courte-pause. Une façon de s'arrêter quelques minutes, afin de retrouver son souffle, puis reprendre sa course...
