COL DE DOCHULA

Perched at an altitude of 3,140 metres, the Dochula Pass offers a magnificent view of the Himalayan peaks. Surrounded by 108 chörtens and multiple prayer flags flying in the wind, the area is said to be inhabited by many evil spirits. Climb the flower-lined walkway that leads to the Druk Wangyal Lhakhang. The view is breathtaking (especially on a clear day). There, you will find an orientation table with the summits in front of you. Then come back down and warm up with a cup of tea at the Druk Wangyal Café.
