François, the owner of the shop, has succeeded in combining French know-how and his love of Nepal around the... cheese! In love with this country, he decided to set up a farm and today he has a variety of cheeses made from yak milk to be discovered in a multitude of establishments. Hard and soft cheeses, all mixed with local herbs... François' cheeses can be found at the Sherpa Restaurant market on Saturday from 8am to noon, and at the Yellow House market on Sunday morning.
