Here is a charming guest house, not too small, or too large (10 rooms) which is excellent value for money. The rooms are ventilated and neatly away from the street to avoid the noise at Occasional. I knew Dolphin Guesthouse 16 years ago and it was obvious I again leave there my backpack for my second trip to Nepal. Surendra, parton, remained always adorable; it is very caring and does advantage and precious advice in French to organize your stay in Kathmandu and Nepal. It also speaks English, Japanese and German. I stayed here 20 days as in a cosy little nest. The hotel is very well located in the quiet, clean, hot shower and wi-fi. Hearty and delicious breakfast on a pretty terrace with views of the Swayambunath temple. Go there with your eyes closed! I highly recommend.
