Booking made by telephone in the week for the weekend. Opening hours indicated 8:30. Arrival time staff 9:00 (and if you passes the comment that it is marked 8:30 on the door, you are served one upturned because " NOT ME I START AT 9:00! ".
According to the wife of the reception, always so friendly (irony), it is IMPOSSIBLE to book by telephone. However, it is well what you did with a colleague with it. It looks a finally in its lime and " ah yes your file is... ".
Price on Internet and is not needed by telephone: €250 two days (after payment of a deposit of €4000). Price on site Every Saturday morning, €400. It is not what was agreed. A call to the owner: " Good it is done to 300 €". Not possible to chat more these people.
In short: staff welcome more than unpleasant, price decided to the guest, opening hours in the gladly their mood.
We will rent directly in another city the next time, because this agency Saint-Laurent is not at all serious or honest.

Pendant notre séjour la voiture a été esquinté par un tiers sur un parking.
Une semaine avant de rendre la voiture nous indiquons le problème à la dame de l’accueil,qui a pris des photos en nous disant qu'il y aurait un devis de fait pour la réparation et qui serait repris sur la caution.
A a restitution cette même personne nous dit qu'il n'y a pas eu de devis de fait mais que la caution sera intégralement encaissée.
Nous avons alors exprimé notre mécontentement, et la dame de l’accueil, très désagréable s'est énervé et nous a même insulté et menacé d'aller chercher ses frères "pour s'amuser avec nous" si nous n'étions pas d'accord.
Quand nous avons voulu lire en détail le document de restitution avant de le signer, elle nous l'a repris puis rendu en indiquant que nous avions refusé de signer.
Escroquerie garantie, personnel agressif et menaçant à éviter impérativement.
