Don't be fooled by appearances and go to this Santomean house to meetMrs Douminga... People come from all over the region to taste the famous crabs of this restaurant, which is named after a large crab fished at a depth of 1,000 meters, according to the inhabitants. Here it is cooked in the Creole style, slightly spiced. Its thick flesh is a real treat. Also on the menu are fish, shrimp and lobster, caught on the day. An address not to be missed on the island!

Le resto du crabe de neves
Nous avons déjeuner avec nos 3 enfants dans ce restaurant et le poisson ainsi que les crabes étaient très bon. table et vaisselle propres. Le reste de l établissement est de facture locale.

Excellent crabe
Nous avons mangé le fameux crabe Santola cuisiné à la créole, légèrement pimenté, sa chair est épaisse c'est un vrai régal. Ne pas se fier à l'aspect du restaurant, il faut vraiment franchir la porte!

J'ai mangé un soir.... seul...
Onéreux, pas d'accompagnement mais très bien reçu.
Je pense que c'est un restaurant pour le midi. Les touristes ne font que passés dans la zone avant de retournées sur la capitale.
Donc je éviter le soir.
