The village of Makoghé is located 22 km east of Lopé. Three different ethnic groups live together harmoniously in this dynamic place on the cultural and associative level: the Simba, the Akele and the Pouvi. The last two ethnic groups came from Koulamoutou and Ngounié, while the Simba have been in the region "since, since...". 3 km from Makoghé, a tourist site project proposes an approach to traditional ways of life on the edge of Offoué, near the Dibolo River. The Offoué site, where several species of freshwater fish can be caught, attracts many fishing birds, as well as thirsty animals.
