Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage. Vor allen Dingen die hervorragende Lage am Strand und auch der Pool im Familien Bereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Service rund ums Essen und den Getränken (auch Pool Bar) ist unserer Meinung nach ausbaufähig.

Simplemente espectacular, no pueden dejar de ir, el mejor hotel en el que he estado, magnífico de principio a fin, atención impecable, comida deliciosa, playa hermosísima en frente (con hermosos atardeceres) una piscina deliciosa (con muchos cocteles), muchos ambientes, una tienda con buenos precios y excelentes productos, encantada!!! Muchas gracias por todo! Deseo volver pronto!

El servicio al cliente fue muy bueno, el personal se esforzó por ayudar excepto los de recepción que parece hacen un favor cuando en realidad brindan un servicio.

En muchas reseñas hablan de un olor en las habitaciones y si es real y es desagradable pero deje la puerta abierta par de horas y se solucionó.

En el restaurante las opciones de comida no son numerosas pero las pocas opciones estaban bien.

En el bar de la piscina el señor que atendía se esforzó para tener a los niños con smoothies de frutas siempre hidratados y servicio cordial.

La puntualidad del restaurante es MALA y si el desayuno dice 7 am abrió a las 7:20 am lo mismo con tiempo de snack o almuerzo.

El acceso a la playa es caminando a 1 minuto de las habitaciones y lo mismo desde la piscina, es muy linda y segura.

Son pequeños detalles los que impiden al lugar mejorar calificación, pero vamos felices y SI regresaría nuevamente.
