The establishment consists of three villas dating from the 1960s, renovated by the Belgian owners. This private resort has been transformed into a hotel. Eleven rooms in all with direct access to a private beach. The architecture of the buildings is very geometric, and the rooms are furnished in a modern way. The charm of the place comes from the garden in the middle of which is the bar-restaurant, with a terrace on the seafront. A beautiful swimming pool is located a little to the side. The hotel has a library and a spa area offering facials and massage.

Apres cela , vous pourrez vous rendre (quelques minutes de marche) au marcher au crabes ou plutot visiter le parc national de Kep qui se trouve aussi a quelques pas de l`hotel. Apres une journee bien remplie avec la visite des cultures de poivre, un petit aperitif au Sailing Club pour profiter du coucher de soleil et de ses derniers rayons.Au moment de diner, vous aurez l`embaras du choix; soit vous resterez au Sailing Club (prix tres abordables), ou si vous preferez un repas de crabes, le marcher se trouve a quelques minutes. Si , apres le repas vous desirez vous relaxer dans le jardin, le calme vous permettra d`entendre seulement le bruit des vagues.
