Modern Nomads is an institution in Mongolia: there is a restaurant of this chain in all the major cities of the steppe country. So what is this Mongolian restaurant doing perched on Victory Hill? Opened in 2012, this restaurant is actually a real success: the many Russian and Chinese tourists love the meat specialities offered by this restaurant, decorated like a traditional yurt. On the menu, sheep's milk (steamed ravioli), various grills and many fat-rich soups. Having a meal there is undoubtedly an original experience in the land of smiles. Reservation required.
