The Terres Rouges restaurant is probably the best in the province, with a choice of Khmer and French specialties. Good selection of Argentine, Chilean, Italian and French wines to accompany the menu. Some dishes must be ordered 24 hours in advance, to allow time to stock up on fresh produce. The establishment has its own generator, which is very practical in a corner of Cambodia often subject to power cuts. The musical atmosphere is chosen, cheerful without being aggressive, to eat in peace.
