TAXIS COLLECTIFS

The usual model in Cambodia is the Toyota Camry sedan, normally designed for 4 people, but in which 5 to 6 people must be crammed, in addition to the driver. The cost is $6 for a 50 to 100 km trip. These collective cabs are parked in the main street of Poïpet but move along the street to pick up customers. The cars usually leave between 7am and 10am. It is easier to leave early, because Cambodians are quite early. You can reserve your place for the next day at your guesthouse.
