Opened by Florent, former owner of the famous Chez Florent and Aude, former chef of the French Embassy, this bistro offers an innovative cuisine, prepared with fresh products. If the menu changes regularly, a few bistronomy classics are served every day. But the emphasis is on the cuisine of our grandparents with, for example, marrow bones, sweetbreads, beef bourguignon, leeks with vinaigrette... All ideally located near the royal palace in a street offering a large number of culinary options.
