An institution of the French community of Phnom Penh. Armand opened this restaurant respecting the codes of the major Parisian brasseries, while keeping the friendly atmosphere of the local bistro. On the plate, excellent beef pieces, perfect onion soup and quality cheese platters. But the specialty remains the Rossini tournedos, flambéed in front of you. Armand also owns one of the most beautiful cellars in the Khmer capital, with a selection of great wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Châteauneuf-du-Pape...
