Un incontournable de la cuisine française en plein centre ville
Un restaurant archi connu et toujours très fréquenté par les familles ouagalaises et les expats pour une cuisine (française et africaine) de très bonne qualité et un rapport qualité/prix imbattable. L’entrée est toujours fréquentée par moults vendeurs de bibelots, localisation oblige. Mention tout à fait spéciale pour les viandes, servies en quantité vraiment généreuse (avis aux carnivores), cuites à la perfection avec une maitrise parfaite des sauces. Les coupes de glaces et les pizzas remportent également un très franc succès. Une adresse sûre et dont la constante en termes de service et de standards de qualité est très appréciable.

Une petite faim ou même une grosse fringale, le Verdoyant saura répondre à vos envies. Des pizzas bien évidement, mais aussi des plats de qualité à la carte.

One of the best restaurant of Ouaga, best for pizzas. A very welcoming setting, located in the city centre with an exquisite cuisine. The service is also very well. It is strongly recommended to book the weekend evenings on having room.

Un resto français avec quelques plats contenant des ingrédients africains et des pizzas. Bien que les pizzas sont cuites au feu du bois et qu'elles font très envie, la pâte est trop fine, trop dure et trop sèche. Le pain qu'on reçoit sur la table est également sec et les plats sont ok mais sans plus. Voilà pourquoi j’attribue la note "bof" à ce restaurant.

The green is one of the best places of Ouagadougou to find a little France returning a stay in bush! After two weeks of rice sauce, what a pleasure finding a pizza green, who do not envy those of the Italian Masters!

I went twice during my stay ouaga last week.

Each time, the owner was, as opposed to what written john1000 it did not leave) and each time it was armoured.

The first time, I took a slab of perfectly cooked captain béarnaise (well grilled crispy skin, soft flesh).

The second simply a forest pizza with its pasta always so fine and hearty any filling.

It is always for me the reference to ouaga.

I go there to each of my stays in Ouaga.

I was never disappointed, by the reception, nor by the quality of the meat and fish.

And it is much less expensive than restaurants more " huppés" but not really better (except for Gondwana which is the top of the lot).

And there are no only european with Green, which is much nicer

That made the years this restaurant dates fire god; it is often crowded but the owner has always manages to find a little square. Pizzas, good fish, including offered in carpaccio. Efficient service. Nothing to complain about.
