Surrounded by chestnut forests and eucalyptus plantations, this restaurant, whose name refers to the ancestors who left to make their fortune in Cuba, is a place steeped in history, known as an inn and tavern since the 19th century. Today, it serves a delicate cuisine filled with creativity. You can enjoy the liquid croquettes with nettles and goat cheese, served with a beetroot emulsion, the flagship dish of the house. There is also a fine list of local and international wines, some of which are organically produced.
