Recommended by all, this gastronomic restaurant deserves its reputation. The chef, Gonzalo Pañeda, has created this amazing dish: copa de berberechos con espuma de abadejo ahumado (cockle dish with smoked cod mousse). The cuisine is inventive, made with the best local products, and new proposals are added according to the season. His partner Antonio Pérez, sommelier and manager of the restaurant, has selected the best wines to accompany these dishes. Elegant setting, with beautiful views of the city and top quality cuisine.

On vient de Marseille et on a l’habitude de manger aux restaurants gastronomiques. Très déçu pour le menu dégustation . Rien extraordinaire ., trop simple et chère . C’est mieux en France . Le dessert était bon .

Situation idéale sur le port de Gijon, cuisine créative et cuissons parfaites des poissons, carte des vins très riche notamment des blancs regionnaux

Cuisine bonne, avec des bons produits, mais sans originalité ni intérêt, faut le dire: une étoile Michelin non-méritée. Service minimum aussi en salle, même pas de sommelier..
