Located on the beautiful Plaza Mayor, this place dedicated to Asturian cuisine has a French chef, Denise Edeline, who since 2012 is committed to mixing Asturian products and original recipes. The result is to be tasted in a large dining room, at the bar or on the terrace. The dishes follow the logic of the season and the market to which the menu is adapted. But you will always be able to enjoy an assortment of Asturian cheeses served with membrillo or a delicious cassolette of Asturian fabada . Great wine list.

Très bien situé, juste sur la plaza mayor, donc à côté de la plage, du port de pêche et donc du charmant quartier de Cimadevilla. N'oubliez pas de goûter le cidre asturien, versé en petites quantités dans des verres typiques, très fins. Le cidre marie très bien avec le fromage de Cabrales ou de Gamonedo.
