The day of the employers'holidays in San Antolin, the Day of Geese (Antzar Was) is a tradition of over 350 years of age with as many followers as critics. The principle? Above the harbour's waters, geese are hanged by the legs to a rope. Participants must jump to cling to the head of the goose and keep as long as possible out of the water, until the neck surrenders… Note that the geese used for this game have died in advance, but we understand those who find this really ancestral game…
