MIMO BITE THE EXPERIENCE

Mimo is a large space of 400 square meters dedicated to gastronomy, located on the first floor of the Hotel María Cristina. The place functions as a cooking school, offering a multitude of courses and experiences around Basque gastronomy. In small groups of about 15 people, you will learn how to prepare authentic pintxos, how to simmer typical Basque dishes, or how to prepare recipes worthy of a Michelin star restaurant. Various pintxo "tours" are offered in the city in the company of fine connoisseurs!
