CHANYAA

This small, traditional wooden inn with no air-conditioning, but with fans, specializes in shabu shabu and beef and pork teppanyaki. Reservations are required before visiting the establishment, which is renowned for the quality of its meat. One of the menus offers you the opportunity to try both beef and pork, if your heart desires. There are also soups, rice and seasonal vegetables to cook a la plancha. Chanyaa also offers a few accommodations scattered around the restaurant.
